Great shot Rooz. Very deep in thought and the lighting looks good to me. What did you have the speedlights set to? And what lens did you use, looks tack sharp to me.

    sorry, i forgot the exif.

70-200mmVR (i adore this lens for its sharpness, contrast and speed...now i know why chris ross uses it so much for portrait photography.)
    f4 1/60s 130mm

sb600 front right bounced off white kitchen cupboard @-0.7.
sb800 front left bounced off ceiling @ +1. with orange gel filter, (which added nice darkness to the image)

is there any way you can record exif from the remote flash settings ? onboard flash diffused using coldy's genius method of an empty teabag lol mind you at that distance away i dont think it gave any light anyway.

btw: i actually shot this in B&W rather than convert in PP so effectively this shot is completely untouched.

AFAIK exif only shows if flash was fired and if any EC was applied.

Forgot to post my pic. First try at shooting the moon.

I think I need a bit of a longer lens to match the quality of the moon shots here, but anyways. What do you think?

Was washing my hands when I notice the light coming into my bathroom in a pretty interesting way so I decided to play with it.

You COULD go up to ISO1600 but then noise may be too much for you. Beyond that all i can thing you can do is make sure you shoot raw and brighten the pictures up with some PP.
