Wow K1W1. That's the first time I'm glad to see such a large image. Great idea.

Okay. No tree from me; for now at any rate.
Now, let me present 'THE WALL' from Buteay Srey Temple (The Citadel of Women), from the 10th century, Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Guess it's time for a 27" monitor. Nice detail Tim.
K1W1... 6018 pixels? Also the lower half is a little dark on my (normally bright) monitor.
So how did the macros turn out?

It was a quick 5 or 6 shot vertical hand held pano of my neighbour taking a macro shot one day when we went for a walk in the local forest. I thought that it put our (human) concept of macro into perspective. I'm going to loose any sleep over the processing it's not worth it.

K1W1, nice shot, scrolling down gives a great sense of scale.

I saw that shot somewhere before but only in small size, thus doesn't have the same effect as this one. K1W1 always comes up with different ideas.
