    There's a good reason the pic is so small. I might have forgotten to focus before setting the camera to mf. I might also have forgotten to change the image size back to full

    It was fairly ordinary weather yesterday so what better than to go for a walk in the rain and play with all the new toys, camera bag, tripod, ballhead, LR 3.2, CS5 and Kelbys LR3 book telling me how to merge to HDR Pro from within LR.
    Seems to work but the camera person needs some more training.

    Then I played with the Merge to Panorama button. Not the best pano ever, 11 images but the software seems to work okay.

    If anybody really wants to nit pick here is a link to the 13862 x 3492 pixel original. :-)

    leg breaker

    K1W1;
    That first shot looks like a regular leg-breaking-do. Walking that tumble of rocks must have been real fun...NOT!
    Nice pic though. Good use of HDR.
    The pano, good as it is is just a bit small on the screen to see very well, not yer fault tho. I do like it. Will have to check out the full-size link.
    Just looked at the full-size pano.........WOW!!!

    K1W1 Ice did a better job for you in the past, it kept the horizon horizontal

    My fault I was doing it in between fairly heavy rain showers. I wasn't so much interested in the visual result I can go back and do it any time I like if I want but I wanted a complicated scene. From the limited pixel peeping I've done CS5 managed to line everything up perfectly. I am going to also try it in ICE just for comparison.
