    Clouds move north across Scotland

    Flying home.
Took this out the window of the plane - loved the way the clouds were
sweeping North across the Scottish landscape.
Tricky as the window was quite dirty - set the camera more vivid to compensate a bit.

Trying to figure out what kind of bird this is (maybe a Tundra Swan? I don't know my birds ). My daughter decided to yell just as we were getting close, so I got him a couple seconds too late. He landed a little further away and I will add a shot of him standing still as soon as I get the raw file processed (takes forever - the files are HUGE). I'm glad I decided to shoot raw, though!

That first shot of the egret is a great one! Makes me want to post another bird shot of my own But, I actually logged on to post a shot from the weekend. Did a shoot for my brothers swim clinic. I had a great time and got some good shots. This one I'm posting is one of the kids doing butterfly...the stroke I've always considered the most difficult. It amazes me how these 8-9 year old kids do it without a problem.
