I used a large white wall behind me--about 20ft-- to reflect light from two SB800's zoomed to 105mm and mounted to two chairs behind me. It gave enough fill to keep him from going silhouette or remaining underexposed.

The room was hard to light since there was hard light coming in from a narrow row of windows near the ceiling and the overhead sodium vapors were two different colors--green and magenta.

They were cycling pretty obviously, so I was shooting at 8fps and picking the one shot where I had even color throughout the frame.

Lots of flashes and Honl gear.

What are those grayish black smoke like things in the bottom right? Looks strange.

It looks like a tree that was moving from the wind. Looks kinda neat!

Since it was a long exposure, the tree blurred out due to movement.

    Nice lightning pic ANP.

No tubes yet, but I managed to get a quick photo of some bug at the Valley of Fire State Park before he ducked away into the wild flowers he was hidding in. A nice place to visit this time of year since it's not a 120+F out there yet.
