I tried like heck to get something like that when we were there last year and I got zippo...
Actually, it took me nearly 100 shots to get that picture, but here's how I did it:
Set the lense to manual focus.
I think might have had it on Auto setting, I forget, it says Normal in the EXIF data.
Focus on your hand as close as it will go to your lense while remaining in focus.
Remmeber that distance.
When the arc of water moves over you, follow it with your arm (camrea in hand)
Snap pictures likes mad and hope you get one that works.
