    Thanks Rasidel!

ANP, that first shot is brilliant. Love the shallow DOF.

I did check the website, and while it is low budget, that has nothing to do with the quality of these pictures. If you look at other pictures that have been uploaded to the same folder, you see that there's no standard measurement and no standard compression. Thus I would be highly surprised if the website does anything to these pictures after uploading.

ok I uploaded this photo to Flickr. So we'll see how this looks. The only thing PP in the photo is WB and it's been resized. How does it look?

Looks fine too me, but it's tough to tell the difference between this one and the previous since they have been resized to different dimensions.

Do you mean you dont have it turned on or do you mean the D80 doesnt have it because the D80 does indeed have in camera sharpening available... from Nikons website..

"Easily accessed image optimization options closely tailor results to the scene at hand or the intended use of the image. Image sharpening, tone (contrast) compensation, color mode, saturation and hue adjustment is controlled by the user-selected choice of Normal, Softer, Vivid, More vivid, Portrait, Custom and Black-and-white."

Anyway, good luck with your issue...
