    16F Jan 9, 2010

Here is a shot from today's session. Nice Sunny day, problem is it was only about 16F when I got up this AM. (DPR , you can send me some of your excessive heat. )
At the time I took this shot it was about 23F but the wind made it feel much colder. Fresh 3" snow put some 10-12" on the ground. Makes beautiful landscapes if you can get out in the cold to shoot them. Shot looking South over the partly frozen Chenango River.

    PS. Nice shot
    Thanks, a Red Panda.

The zoo is excessively proud to have received 2 Giant Pandas last month - they look more like white elephants to me. They've significantly improved the Red Panda exhibits as part of making a really big deal of the GP's.

43C (109F) daytime max here today/yesterday. It's after midnight and still 33C! If I could trade you for that snow I would.

Heat does have it's perks though, here's the daughter hamming it up in the pool for the camera 6 hours ago.

Like your composition and exposure Falcoln. Great use of leading content to draw your eye in Cyber.

^ Distortion in the first picture is more effective than the more 'warping' effect of the second IMO.
