    A town that is the capital of carousels has the right to make it a big deal. At least from my point of view.

    We've been hearing tales of -37 and -50C windchill in Milwakee on the radio this morning, presumably to make us feel better having had a really cold summer so far. For the last couple weeks we've had daytime max's of around 24C when we're much more used to mid 30's.

    I'm all for seeing artistic shots of carousels if you shoot em.
