Here is one of the "bush walks", Arizona style, that I used to take. No Roos or Kowala's but did see what appeared to be Grey Wolf and Coyote tracks on the dry creek bed, and an assortment of desert birds. Definitely 180 degrees from your pictures Tim.

This one is at the Desert Arboretum near Globe. Came across a few rattle snakes but they actually slithered off quickly (couldn't even get a decent picture). On the other hand, you don't really want them to stop for a picture... Rattle for the camera and say cheessssssse.

D70Fan, That reminds me of the Coyote and Road Runner.
180 degrees from my pictures? Maybe so. It would have been the difference of heaven and hell if the shots of the same locations were put side by side in 1976-1977.

Thanks for the interest but it's in fact Kamping Puoy Reservoir about 30 km from my former hometown of Battambang.

there's sometimes some jpeg artifacting in high contrast areas like the tops of trees and the dlighting goes overboard sometimes but otherwise, a superb little camera.

I'm suffering camera envy again. Good stuff and thanks for showing us what we're missing out on.

Good to see Mrs Rooz in front of the camera again - in 2 different bikini colours no less. The kids look great. I love the low angle shots the most.

I was discussing it with Rich today, it's basically the same quality as a d200 or d80 sensor. The ep5 output will blow it away, let alone a d800/d7000 etc but you can't take those underwater or chuck em in the boot with a big pile of surfboards, scooters, wet towels and sandy buckets. This thing had an extreme torture test down the coast for a week and it exceeded all expectations.

Chris, any chance that you own Nikon stock? Nice shots. The camera is definitely versatile, and worth a look.

Tim, thanks for the location info. Looks like a place I would like to visit, although not likely soon. Unfortunately all of my Northern Thailand shots were lost a while back (film). Ironically, I was helping to transfer some APS MCU technology for Kodak on that trip.
