Yup -- normally the only time you wax so lyrical is when there's a soccer ball, motorbike, chainsaw or felling axe in the picture!
Nikon D7000 and a bunch of Nikon stuff — oh, and some Canon p&s's too

... Or it's just a kid in a sprinkler.

You guys obviously do not frequent photographic art galleries and read photographers statements about their work.
"Kid in sprinkler" would not get you hung on the wall what I wrote on the other hand would most likely to win you a prize.

Very nice mate, I like the processing and your pans as always are best in class.
PS. Love the beard hanging out of his mask too.
Did you copy your comments on kid in sprinler from that program you had years ago or was it an original work, if the latter it was very clever.

I have been providing original constructive criticism to several of Rooz's photos lately to try to encourage him through this phase he is in of buying a new camera each week in search of the holy grail of photography. I feel sorry for the guy he has sunk to the $2 sherry in a brown paper bag of cameras the Nikon 1 system and for some reason thinks he is getting good results. We need to band together and help him through this period and if my genuine and heartfelt critique of his images can in any way encourage him back to the true path before irreparable damage has been done then I will feel satisfied.

Yes you are looking at a 1000cc V8 motorcycle.
This is the 750cc version of the V8 engine.

My work explores the relationship between new class identities and vegetarian ethics.
With influences as diverse as Wittgenstein and Miles Davis, new combinations are synthesised from both simple and complex textures.
Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the essential unreality of meaning. What starts out as hope soon becomes corrupted into a dialectic of defeat, leaving only a sense of dread and the chance of a new reality.
As temporal forms become clarified through studious and repetitive practice, the viewer is left with an epitaph for the darkness of our condition.
