    Ah, just figured it out...

I was hoping that the upload would automatically put the image placeholders in there.

    Thanks.

Thanks Phil. That is Mount Shasta in winter (one of my most popular prints). Taken while heading up to Portland. Thanks to the Southwest maintenance crew who cleaned the window.

Ah I should have read that post in more detail, shows you've got good taste though K1W1 .
That's got to be the cleanest aeroplane window ever it's a great shot, I'm not surprised it sells well.

I spent a lot of time cruising the stratosphere, and have a lot of crappy shots. But every once in a while, when the stars align, there is a gem.

    Mt. Adams, if memory serves.

dpr on the bottom right of the photo there should be a funny looking box with an arrow coming out of it, when you click on that choose the option to grab the html/bb code, then select BB code from the checkbox and just copy and paste it into the post. its pretty easy once you know how. beautiful image aswell btw.

How do I paste it into this site? I've tried a few different ways and still can't work out how to do it (and I'm not that drunk .. yet)

What Rooz is trying to say is to go to your Flickr photo and click on the upload icon (the box with the arrow in the bottom right corner) select "Grab the HTML/BB Code" then select the size you want (1024 pixels wide is good) and "BB code". Copy the text in the box and paste it into a forum post

If you are using the method above your post before you hit the post reply button should look something like this (I have added spaces so no picture appears)

    [ u r l=h t t p://www.flickr.com/photos/rreeve/9699919860/][ i m g ]http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7417/9699919860_ef179a758d_b.j p g[/ i m g][/ u r l]
    [u r l=h t t p://www.flickr.com/photos/rreeve/9699919860/]20130908-DSCF2260[/ u r l] by [ u r l=http://www.flickr.com/people/rreeve/]r reeve[/ u r l ], on Flickr

If you post as above (without spaces) you will get the following

20130908-DSCF2260 by r reeve, on Flickr

If you do not want the line of text under your picture delete the second line of info from Flickr so your post looks like this

    [ u r l=h t t p://www.flickr.com/photos/rreeve/9699919860/][ i m g ]http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7417/9699919860_ef179a758d_b.j p g[/ i m g][/ u r l]

    Then you will get

It's pretty easy when you get the hang of it.

If you are posting from Flickr this way DO NOT use the insert picture icon.

(And I finally got to post a Fuji photo into a Nikon thread)
