    Spend a night on that sub as part of a parent/cub scout outing (a while back). It was also the USS Stingray in Down Periscope. They towed it around SF bay for the "at sea" shots.

    Nice shot of the chain-room there DPR. Pretty impressive. Most ships that I served on just have a chain locker and a small windless. Makes me wish that I had spent more time taking photos, and less time spending my money... being able to not remember the night before, the next day. Such is the life of a seafarer.
