    Great colour Dreads. That looks like HDR; or isn't it?

    D70Fan. I like that too. But somehow it reminds me of the bush fire. And we do have some great bush fires down under.

    Bush fire down under has a whole different meaning here (sorry but ROFL and LMAO)

    Seriously though, we have quite a few here every year as well. There's one burning in Yosemite (covering about 165 square miles) as I write this, and another South of here at Fort Hunter Liggett which is in the Los Padres National Wilderness. The "brown season", or summer here, means fire season.

    Went over to hang around at Marina beach (about a mile from my house), and happened to catch one of the local para-sailors. Since there is always a fair amount of wind and 40-50 foot high dunes at our beach, it's a favorite jumping off point for para-sailors and hang gliders.
