    Fish fliippin' Sandpiper

Dino eye ointment? I thought those were extinct?
Here is a Sandpiper that must have been watching his big brothers. He is flipping his dinner around like the Egrets.

The cap may give away the location. It is a horse stable and I suspect Dino may be one of the guests.
The cats are there to work (Rodent patrol) hence they are kept hungry and mean.

    High Speed Gull.

Got this gull fly-by this afternoon as it circled around for a landing to grab some yummies being thrown out by some people in a car overlooking the river.

The model GU-11 (i.e.GULL). Medium altitude bomber. Designed for precision targeting of freshly washed and waxed vehicles.

Sometimes known as the pigeon of the sea. Today in the parking lot there were about 100 wreaking havoc. Didn't have the camera, and too busy taking cover.

We don't usually see that number here. Half dozen or so being a normal count, half a squadron out on a training flight.
They seem to hang around with the local pigeon wing also. Getting advice on begging, probably.
