I don't know if this qualifies as a "Picture of the Day" but here is my first go at a time lapse video with my D7000. This video consists of 1337 stills. I already see one error that I need to fix for my next attempt, and that is to go full manual. I had the WB set to daylight ap priority at f/4 and ISO 100.......but next time will manually set everything. If this is not appropriate here I will move it.

I assume that he has a tax file number and is being paid the appropriate Sunday rates and that you as his employer did complete a written JSA prior to him commencing his role.

Seeing as it's so quiet here I'll post a couple from our walk this morning.

Using a friends Metz ring flash and SU-800 on the Tamron 90mm. I want one!

    Yeah I know, they're bugs

Just make sure that he signs the management contract with you before he gets old enough to realise that managers don't normally take 80%.

I'm glad someone else has this problem too. Creatively minded kids showing up the old farts.
