Did my first proper photoshoot using my new (el-cheapo) 3-head studio lighting system yesterday. I was doing head-and-shoulder shots for a theatre programme, when one of the actresses sprawled out on a table for a laugh. "Take me!" she said -- so I did.
I'm still learning how to use the system properly, but it certainly makes it much easier to get a decent photo than using an on-camera flash or daylight.
Nikon D7000 and a bunch of Nikon stuff — oh, and some Canon p&s's too

Another day another pano. This time my son did this 8 shoot hand held effort with about 20 seconds instruction (move from one side to the other, overlap the images about 30% and keep the camera level).

Full size image here. Warning it's 17,000 pixels wide!

Boring bird photo, three trips past same tree resulted in three different raptors.
Osprey, Bald Eagle now this Red-Tailed Hawk, all perched on same tree branch.
