They've been exported from here all around the world to the point they now show up in Californian, Spanish and middle eastern movies and I think "but that wasn't made here".

Most Aussies just call them gum trees. More educated would say they are some species of Eucalpyt tree, I've no idea of the specific type though.

At the medieval fair. Took a few crowd shots and mostly didn't ask permission, except for this bloke who promptly changed his expression before I pressed the shutter -serves me right for asking before clicking (he was a big bloke though)

I would say it is ananachronism, but that is something from an earlier time in the wrong place. That cig is from the future. Some form of temporal relocation, perhaps?

I wouldn't worry about it. The British (Vincent) engine was in an Italian (Ducati) chassis so the chances of it starting were remote anyway.

Just got done doing far-and-away the most difficult show I have ever done. I almost never shoot above ISO 2000 but had to go well into 3200 for this poorly lit show. The "artists" is GirlTalk and for much of the show, he was only lit by the screen of a laptop, never stopped moving and could not be seen from the pit.











You know when you can see glowsticks, you are in a dark environment. More can be found here.
