Quite possibly. I think they've been moving up the US East coast, and after Halifax they were moving on to other parts of Nova Scotia and/or Europe as part of a "race".

Thanks Master, only cropped slightly. This one landed nearby so I was able to get a little closer. A 300mm would make this a lot easier.
