    My brother got all nerdy on me and researched it.
    Junonia coenia or the Common Buckeye to be exact, which is a butterfly!

    That strong lighting just draws my attention to the light. Not sure if that is a good thing or not, but since one's eyes are usually drawn to a hot spot, that may not be such a bad thing as well.

    I keep thinking about that lens as well, but next thing that would probably happen--bug shots and flower shots.

    I took the camera out for a short spin last night... One sample of three I posted on Flickr. One of the other photos has the roof cropped out and another photo was taken in a turn. Just experimenting since there was no science to my madness other than trying not to loose the camera and counting down.

    i just started working on black and white with Lightroom. This is one of the best shot so far in my opinion. Comments welcome : )
