Thinking of either Dune or Star Wars 6 by any chance with that comment?
Doing the chore of sorting photos. Very pleased with what fell out of the camera this week if I say so myself.
1st shot with a forgiving sunset light.
2nd with a bird that just wouldn't scare, even whilst I changed lenses and put on the Tammie 90mm macro and flash. 50% crop taken about 80cm away

Following on from a recent trend. 
The Boat Shed at the Nicholas Gardens would have to be one of the most photographed buildings in Australia so this is what I came up with an an alternate to the standard shot.

FWIW this is the standard scene.
