Rooz - I really like the reflections in the rainwater.

This is the bunk room of the World War II submarine USS Pampanito (18mm on my kit lens - would have liked a Sigma 10-20). About 30 crewmen slept in this compartment.

Oh DCResource, I have neglected ye for far too long.=

I like the more unique view in this. Sunflowers are usually ugly to me, so I made it a goal to get something pretty from it.

Old 1930's speaker. I love the mood this object carries, made it perfect for b&w. Someone listened to Pearl Harbor, WWII on this, and I wanted my photo to echo the impact of that history.

    Thoughts?

I like both shots. I agree with your sentiments about Sunflowers.
The Gramaphone shot captures to mood but maybe a bit of grain for more effect?

Beautiful sunflower shot! I would have maybe taken it so that you could see the entire petals on the top of the image (since you can ALMOST see the entire petal in this region). Not a big deal though, looks good!

That's great, Rooz. The colors, the reflection, the composition--you really nailed it.
