LBGChris, I struggle to appreciate that one. Perhaps because I don't understand the context. The blown whites on the shoulders don't do it for me either.
Hopefully someone smarter than me will be able to give you better feedback.

awesome shot DPR. where about is the open plain zoo ?
nevermind, found it. what else is there ? its not that far from the city. i might head out there when i'm in SA next.
The zoo's well signposted but 61 km from the far edge of town. From the airport (or my place) it's about 1.5hrs drive since you have to cross town before climbing on the freeway. $30 of fuel well spent
From today at the botanic gardens

Yeah I'm kinda torn between it... it is overexposed. Thanks for the honesty.
Rawpaw - I would be interested to hear how you did that photo - also the exif info would be of interest while you are at it - if you have it
It's a great shot - at first I thought it's gotta be a set up
brilliant
Sorry for double posting, I was reallly hoping to get some feedback on this. How do you guys feel about this photo?
Chris,
It looks like one shot turned into two by some kind of mirror program. I thought they were salt and pepper shakers at first. Are you looking for comments on the pp, lighting, subject or something else?
George,
I will clue you in later, off to work. Exif is always in my photos, just right click.
