500 ml, I like both those shots. The colors and bokeh in the ladybug shot are great. I especially like the wasp's (?) pose, like he just scaled this huge obstacle.
kjmdrumz3 ~ I like the creative idea of the photo over the shoulder - and that is some kind of lens too!
Calico - that's a really nice and natural shot - nice model too.
500mL - Good shots from your weekend - I like the Wasp or whatever it was just peeping over the top
About 200 releases to get this one shot but I still like it. Love high speed continious mode.

Maybe I used the wrong words the light ring is a ring flash attached to the end of the lens. I find it helps me reduce hot spots. I am really a novice at this so it takes 5 or 6 shots to get a decent one. Thanks for the compliment.
Interesting, I thought that was mainly for macro...

You guys never cease to amaze me! Here's a pic I took over my wifes shoulder while she was reading a cookbook. Nothing special, just thought it was kind of cool. Man that 50mm 1.4 is SHARP!

The one on the left is a MK1 without a muzzle brake so that would make it probably earlier than 1941 which would make it older than the guys firing it by a long way. I can't tell whether the one on the right is a Mk2 or MK3.
