    Umm why? A properly done HDR can't even be picked out from a lot without a trained eye because it looks "real". What's not to like about capturing all the dynamic range of a scene?

    Yes but most HDRs are not properly done.

    I learned something new today I need to try this out some time

    I've seen it on my XSi but never really knew how to properly use it. The last time I was shooting in Tv, I had to set the ISO to 1600 in order to shoot at 1/250 ss. And what do you mean by maxing out? Auto ISO doesn't work beyond a shutter speed limit?
