yea its been 8% for 6 months, i "could" buy it now, but i have been saving very aggressively for some other important things and need to forgo the camera gear for a bit, but i did just get a pretty big promotion so that 8% might rise slightly in the next couple of months...

Turo and btuner, I thank you for your comments. Honestly I'm just glad the one SB-600 I had with me at the time worked out so well.
I didn't raise the ISO past 200 on this one even though the light was pretty low, because I really didn't want a lot of grain in the shot. I put a lot of faith in that SB-600, and the batteries in it died 3-4 shots after this one.

Turo, which lens did you take that shot with? Also is there any particular reason why you are selling the Sigma lens?

Could the "color profiling" issue be monitor related? How do they print on quality paper?
Well, thats the thing, on my pc the picture will look good in photoshop, but totally different in all other apps. So what I did was adjust in photoshop so that the picture looks good in all my other apps, but really bad in photoshop (totaly oversaturated in photoshop). I wasnt sure which version of the picture you will see... hehe.
Xailo, I appreciate your help, I will send a picture off to you as soon as I get to a bit of a better internet connection.
Thank you rooz

I too it with the 70-300. I was actually sitting in my living room playing around with the settings on the D50 and snapped that to test something. I thought it looked pretty good so I kept it.
I am only selling the Sigma because I don't use it anymore, all my other lenses cover all the focal ranges I use.
