Thanks! Bulb mode allows for extremely long shutter speeds. You can use a shutter release, but if you don't have one (like me,) you can use a rubber band to hold the shutter button down. Remove the rubber band to end the exposure. It was fun, you should try it! I've heard of people taking extremely long exposures, such as several hours doing star trails.
Tip for the future: If you have the wireless remote, you can depress it once to activate the shutter, then once more to de-activate. This is for bulb mode.
Of course the rubber band method is very inexpensive but if you've already got the wireless remote, then it'll do the work for you.
Good shot... Have you thought about a B&W conversion on it? I think the leaf-less branches would really make that shot "POP" in B&W.
