    50mm f/1.8 Lens - Price tag?

Few days from now I'll be purchasing a 50mm f/1.8 lens for my Canon Rebel XTi 400D.

After bargaining for bit, I've managed to settle the price down to $80 USD. Is this a good suggested price, or perhaps I could get it lower?

Currently I am based in Malaysia, btw.

That's about right. Most places in the US have it for between $70-80 so that's probably a good deal for Malaysia.

80 is a good deal. That's what i paid for mine at b&h and it was worth every penny.
