More from ~The Streets of New York~
I was born 66 years ago and raised in the New York City area. In my life so far I have spent time or had short and multi-year stays in many cities on our planet but there is nothing like NY. I point my lens with abandon and sometimes capture things that most people miss or not care to notice.
Many people have asked what do these people say when I am taking their pictures truth is they are totally unaware.

Very nice. Do you do any post-processing or are those straight out of the camera? FZ20?

Thank you for looking and commenting. Yes this was a difficult shot because of the many people walking in front of my camera. I finally got an interesting pose and open window at the same time

FZ10 most people think the high camera MP is essential to getting good detail the only thing the increased MPs buy you is the ability to make larger prints. The FZ30 and 50 in an effort to join the MP war have added noise cancellation software at the cost of detail. I vote with my results. The rest of the glitz on the Fz30 and FZ50 will not produce this quality picture. What is the purpose of being able to make large picture when the lack detail? The two features of the FZ10 and 20 that separate it from the rest is power zoom and F2.8 at all zoom settings. Also some of these shots were done with 100 200 and 400 ISO.
Yes I always do PP it’s an essential part of producing a finished product. Almost every shot needs cropping because of the lack of time for composition. This day was also difficult because I was constantly adjusting W/B with the changing lighting conditions. A few times in an effort to grab the shot I had the wrong setting.

Mostly W/B I did have to run my Photo Impact Noise reuction and sharpening on the ATM Snoozer it was a very slow shutter speed at ISO 400.

LL, you know how I feel about NYC, so I thank you for sharing! The magazine salesman is my fav, but I feel it could be very very special and tell a complete story if you had more of the stand beneath him that he is leaning on. I also think it could be intersting as a B&W. Keep the NYC pics comming!
For those of you that like to call me bias and a hater of Panasonic FZ cameras, LoveLife truly shows what a good FZ camera AND good photographer can do!
