    Long Exposure Noise Reduction

Do you let your camera run its noise reduction process after long exposures, save it for noise reduction software, or both? Just curious about how effective the camera is. What's your favorite software? Noise Ninja? Neat Image? Other?

It's a Custom Function setting on my XTi, I figure it's an option on other models as wells. I was asking in general - whatever camera whoever's reading this has.

I have neat image, its very good------
I leave the camera to do its reduction and in addition use Neat image when needed. With the 30d even at 3200 and noise reduction the prints are soft @ A4 size but very acceptable
