ShortCourses' Canon S3 IS Book Now Available
I'm not sure if anyone on here knows about this or is interested. I found this over at www.steves-digicams.com .
http://www.shortcourses.com/bookstor..._canons3is.htm
Dennis Curtin, the guru behind the ShortCourses.com web site and numerous camera books, has just released his latest offering for users of the Canon S3 IS camera. "A Short Course in Canon Powershot S3 IS Photography" is available as a 144 page printed black & white text book and a full-color, fully searchable eBook in PDF format with buttons that play over 50 interactive animations. You can purchase and immediately download the eBook for only $24.95 or get both the printed book and the eBook on CD for $34.95.
I'm not sure if the content is worth buying

Nonetheless, for someone who is not a pro, I liked the layout/context of the different chapters, and do recommend it for the "enthusiasts"....

cool, checking it out now
my friend got one of their other ebooks and seemed happy with it

Bought it and printed it off at the office in full color to take with me to read on the plane ride. I think it better explained some of the features than the manual did.

i will be ordering a copy.
i need all the help and ease of learning that i can get.
