I bought my Finepix F10 after reading Jeff's review and am thrilled with it, particularly the quality of the video- I teach developmentally delayed preschoolers and use video of the children in PowerPoint presentations. My computer has been rotating the vertically filmed video very successfully up until now. Now it says it is "unable to convert movie". You can imagine the frustration. Any ideas- clearly its a software problem but the manufacturer's site hasn't come up with anything and anyway they are apparently on holiday from here on for a while.
