AMD in your train photo, the edges are pretty dark(vignetting)I am guessing the filter must be causing this. I would do some experimentation at wide angles through to tele, with and without the filter/adapter to see where this effect stops. Good stuff all, keep posting...

Had the camera a whole 5 days, lens adapter and UV filter only...
Took it as I turned around, we were shooting the bridge (wishing a train would come by) and started to walk away when the train came. I turned and shot quickly and didn't really think it would come out...
