Sony dSLR accessories

Looking at the SonyStyle website, it seems Sony is charging way too much for their lenses and accessories for the A100. It's expensive by any standards (Canon/Nikon) and especially so with the old KM/Minolta gear, when they are nothing more than new badging.

Thoughts?

Hopefully the prices will come down soon, 'cause I really want the 70-200G F2.8 w/ SSM, and I would really prefer not to pay $2600 for it (I think I saw MSRP was $2600, but now I can't remember where I saw that.)

Sony has the tradition of selling their photo stuff above from the market prices, they have made a dumb move, since they have an anxious market waiting for the return of lenses for their cameras (KM users) and they are entering the market with high prices that is not so smart either....

I understand Carl Zeiss lenses being expensive but the rest is kinda funny... If My memory doesnt fails KM lenses had very competetive prices (when compared to nikon/canon)
