How do you get the text below the picture?

When I make a post with both text and a photo, the text always ends up first and then the picture is at the bottom. But I see that other people are able to make the text go to the bottom, or even some at the top and the rest at the bottom. As in

How do I do it like in Pic #2 and 3?

When you attach an image, you have no control over where it is placed. It will always be placed underneath your text. My picture in that thread was not attached, it is on my own webserver. Therefore I add my pictures to the post in a slightly different way. I use the button on the toolbar with the small mountain and the sun. I then type the url of the image and the image will show up in the post wherever I added it.
