Any S80 owners?? Your help if you can...

I'm still on the hunt for something Manual, and the S80 is looking like a favourite.

I just have one (ok, a couple) of questions?

    ISO.

I see in the Specs that it is Auto through to 400, but does it get any higher? Is there a High Sensitivity mode like Panasonics?

Should I look at the A700 over the S80

Or should I look at the IXUS800 IS

Any help or advice is GREATLY received and appreciated.

    I miss my S30!!

I LOVE my S80, but it will not take the place of my Canon 30D (and vice-versa). You will not get above ISO 400 with the S80, but it takes great pictures. The S80 will also NOT do RAW. If you really want to push the envelope of the pictures, you can get Canon compact cameras that will shoot raw. Does the S70 shoot raw?

    Thank you Pitonyak,

I'm not too concerned about RAW images so much, more the capability of the S80 in lower light.

Does it cope with normal indoor lighting well?
And what about moving subjects? Is it sharp for capturing something moving?
