A moose at Grand Tetons N.P. (2006)
Taken with a Canon S2 at nearly if not all of the 12x zoom. Mama moose was with her baby, but I didn't get a shot of them together. The bear was actually inside Yellowstone park.

Phill D., your daughter's shots are great! If she does that now, imagine, in 20 years!!!

I agree with Toriaj. That was some good shots and well exposed.
PhilD: How much difference between A610 and F20? I'd say A610 is confusing with the old (couple of years???) Canon PowerShot A610. Don't they have better imagination, I wonder? LOL.

Thanks guys for the nice comments my daughter was quite amaized to get praise from all round the world. I hope this will spark her imagination & yes who knows what 20yrs will bring.
Tim yes you are right about camera numbering dull & boring doesn't really cover it does it. The Canon idea of calling their camera a Rebel seems to have been the best bit of naming inspiration around. I call my cams the Tizzy & the Fluzy from the nicknames that came up in the forums. Wonder what nicknames other people have come up with for other cams?
Around every picture there's a corner & round every corner there's a picture

Looks more like a Snow Leopard
You first see a photo with your mind, and then capture it with your camera!

Ah, whats in a name. A rose by any other name etc. Besides if either one of them was chewing on your backside it wouldnt make any difference and Im sure you wouldnt be calling them by their proper name anyway.

The picture doesn't really show it, but she was HUGE! Her tail was at least three feet long. If she took a notion to chew on me, it would be over too fast to worry about names!
