Sorry for being so amateur about the cameras,

I need a camera for dental pohotography, I used a fuji 7000S of a friend and worked well but it is sold out I cant find it in my region.
Its focusing capacity and resolution was enough for me together with a ring flash.
Any other alternative? and what should I look when buying a dental camera for dental photography, any suggestion for other brands..

I can not afford to buy a SLR camera with 105mm macro lens. It should be around 500-600 USD.
