Photoshop Elements 4.0
I picked up PS Elements 4.0 today and I'm installing it on my PC now. Do any of you know of any How-to's for this online. I gave up on the GIMP. My graphics card in that PC is not cutting it. Any tips would also be welcome. This is the first time I've use any Photoshop programs any I didn't really get anywhere with the GIMP so I'm still a complete newb. Any help[ is welcome.

I don't know of any specific How-Tos for Elements 4.0 but try Googling for "Tutorial Elements 4". That should get you started.
For general Photoshop tips try iTunes and search for "The Russel Brown Show". That'll give you video tutorials for Photoshop CS2, but maybe some of them will work in Elements too.
Oh, the podcasts are free by the way.

Are there any Phot stitching plugins for Elements 4.0? I used to have a program for this but I can't find it now. If not plugins how about something easy to use that is free or cheap.

I'm sure you get auto-stitching with PE4. I do with PE2.

A couple of years back, when I bought my Olympus point and shoot (the C-450), a tool for stitching panoramas was included with the camera. I don't know if it is still included with the newer Olympus cameras.
Anyway, the software was hardly any good. Even the most simple panoramas were never stitched flawlessly. Also, the plugin which is included in Photoshop CS2 and CS is no good when stitching photograph, I don't think it can stitch anything without making mistakes. I don't know if the auto-stitching plugin in PE is any better, because I have never tried that one.
At the moment I am using the following software when stitching pictures: PTGui and Arcsoft Panorama Maker 3. Both are not free, but they are really recommendable. Panorama Maker is very easy to use and will stitch almost anything flawlessly. PTGUI is even more powerful, but it is slightly more difficult to use (though the newest version is a huge improvement for that matter in comparison with the older version which I used earlier).
