Memory Stick Pro vs Pro Duo

Hi All,
I have ordered a Sony P200, and I have been looking on ebay for a 1gig card. I have now decided to get a sandisk 1g Ultra II, but there seem to be very few. There are infact tons of Pro Duos (thank you PSP). If I bought one of these and used it with an adaptor, will it have the same speed as a full size Pro Ultra II?

It all depends on the speed of the duo card. If the duo card is not an ultra pro II card you will never have have the prestanda of that format, even if you are using a ultra pro II adaptor.
