    ------------------------------------------

    Pros:
    - This is the sharpest prime I have used. sharp at f1.8.
-Very fast AF(ring USM), the fastest focusing lens I have used
-Superb bokeh - circular & creamy.
    -Light & cheap
-Makes a very good portrait lens

    Cons:
    None

A unbelievably fast, light, cheap lens
Sharp wide open & blurs out backgrounds beautifully, the bokeh is superb

I have used the Sigma 24-70 f2.8 for a while and i absolutely love it. great sharpness and it is not bad in the price. i have heard that some sigmas are not up to scratch in quality control.
