Do you think Fuji can make up for its lack of IS by the ISO? Will the Fuji have a better photo quality? Has anyone tried to enlarge to a3 size one of its Fuji S5200 ISO400 or more images?

I am planning a trip to New Zealand, I would like to buy a camera, I think over buying one of these.
Could you help me?

It has to have a big zoom, fast, clean image and with AA battery (thus I ruled out the Panasonic).
