Amazing pictures. I love the way in which you framed the images, very creative. The exposures are spot on, and the colours great. I like the first two best. The third I find less intersting. It's composition is less special and it could use a bit more contrast. Other than that, good job, thanks for posting.

Thanks! Prospero, I agree about the contrast on the 3rd ... I tried, and it always made the colors too bright. I'd love to see what you would do to it ... if you have time
Yes, all great shots. I really like them a lot. My only suggestion is for #3. I would try to straighten it slightly. If you look at the lines of the bricks, they are not quite horizontal. In photoshop, click view-show-grid to bring up the lines you can use. Use the crop tool and select the whole image. Move your cursor to any one of the four corners until the cursor becomes a curved arrow, now you can turn the image to straighten it until lines are horizontal. Hope this helps!
Looks like a drink but is actually a candle. PS elements used to compress the image.
Would someone like to comment on the shot - bet there's a lot of suggestions

I guess these are "things", and not a place. I have driven past these dinosaurs at Cabazon, California, many times and decided to stop on the way back from a photo trip to Joshua Tree National Park.
I guess those dino's are 'things' too - so why not?? (pretty awesome!)
Here's a bunny from my Mum's garden - sitting in the direct sunlight - I lkiked the lighting so it had to get snapped!!
