    Great shot Lukas.

Spans Bixby Creek Canyon. I hiked to this spot from Pico Blanco one summer (long ago).

One of the Local TV stations uses the bridge in their logo and ads.

    The more common view.

kgosden - That's a cool looking bridge. I always like those forest walkways.

D70Fan - Nice one. I still don't have that classic Bixby shot

Thanks. It's actually an easy walk to the edge of trails end. The 250 foot drop to the beach is a little intimidating, but not real bad.

Here is a picture of the bridge being built in 1932. Highway 1 wasn't completed until 1937. No, I did not take this shot.

The other bridge... Very nice. Taken from Yerba Buena/TI? Was this before or after the tanker ran into one of the anchor points last week?

I keep telling myself that I should take a few shots of the other 4 bridges spanning other parts of the bay. Maybe it's the gas money.

After. This was on Tuesday. Yeah, Yerba has all the good views, but TI is more accessible so people just hang out down there with the tour buses. There's more than 4. The 3 that surround Angel Island are the best by far though.

The sunset's have been good lately, but I've been failing to take advantage of them. Here's a little post sunset glow behind the Golden Gate Bridge.

Very nice mixture of sunset and street lights. I like the way it shows the two separate worlds of on the bridge and under the bridge.
Around every picture there's a corner & round every corner there's a picture
    - the fun's in finding them
