Want to buy either FujiFilm S9000 OR Panasonic FZ30,need assistance!!!

Hello everybody. I would like to buy a new DSLR-like prosumer DC. I find that both FujiFilm S9000 (S9500) Zoom and Panasonic FZ30 are very good cameras. They have their own benefits and weaknesses. I feel that this is difficult to make a decision to buy which one. Could anybody give me some recommendations on it!? Thanks in advance.
