Okay I need help in choosing between these two. I don't really care much for manual controls or anything like that. I just need a good durable ultra compact camera for everday use. I'd be using auto mode 99% of the time.

I want to get opinions on which camera would be the best bang for the buck. Would I really notice a 4mp to a 5mp? Not much cropping would be used. Which of these two has better image quality? My budget is under $250 and I can get either of these in that budget. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
