If simply combine these 3 shots we shall receive something similar to these.
Let's not overlook that Focal length 6.2 mm S9500 equivalent to 28 mm on a 35 mm camera (Wide angle)!
For stitcing panoramas I use 3 programs:
- Autostitch (www.autostitch.net)
- Olympus Camedia master Pro
- PTGui (www.ptgui.com)
Kushnirenko - these descriptions and examples were really fascinating, you have put a lot of effort into this and I enjoyed reading it and seeing your examples.
It is always difficult to decide which is best - I guess it depends on the photo you are taking. Sometimes I have to resort to manual stitching - which is hard sometimes when things won't fit easily.
Do not worry about your English - it great that you can talk to us - I couldn't speak your language!
Thanks again
Geoff

Thank Geoff
It is really difficult to choose what kind of a panorama more all it is truthful. In fact our sight sees the world as a spherical panorama, and already our brain transforms it into a picture similar to these:
Nice idea with the fish eye emulation. I think I must have missed something- do you mind sharing how you accomlished this? I was going to buy a fish eye lens but I think this PTGui wjill hold me over if I can make fish eye shots like you have shown Krushnirenko.

Here is a vertical of a building in Asheville, NC. I have been playing around with these vertical panos but can't seem to get them to line up properly. Also the camera really screwed up the brick pattern. It was a normal pattern, no swirls.

Maybe I should change my name to
An Amature Nomad!
