Wow Glenn, that is a nice shot!

This is the back side of the Smithsonian. Taken with a wide angle lens and lens adapter.

Not any more, it isn't.... Just about able to re-shape it before it left the edge of the canvas altogether.

Edit: still not quite right, is it?? A bit barrel-like in the middle (aren't we all??)

You guys are good. I can't believe that you noticed that it was "bent"! HA!
All I have is cheap pp software so I didn't even try to straighten it. I didn't say it was a great photo, just showing an interesting building! It does look much better though, Glenn. I suppose I should have taken a series of pics without the wide angle and stitched them together. Anyway, cheers!

    American Nomad.

Ahh well. There you are. i may use CS2, but I don't have a clue how to stitch photos together. I've never posted anything on the panoramas thread - 'cos I don't know how to do it. In any event, re-shaping your shot took about a minute, so if you've got the programme, there's no real skill involved.

So Glenn, that is what I think of photo stitching!
Here is one that is not "bent", "He says as he chuckles to himself. Or is it?"

Exactly! And what about the tower in the background? I rotated the pic a bit to straighten the lamp post and the tower and the rest of the building ia askew now. I don't know what is up with this. DSC-P200 no zoom, no attached lens. It is just kind of wierd.
