    I'm thinking Bucharest.

Interesting shot Gabriel. I like it as well.

Bohmswen, I'm not quite sure of your intent here. On the one hand I would like to welcome you to the DCRP, but on the other hand I'm a little tentative as your intent as comments are pretty random i.e. not aimed at a specific entry here (or elsewhere that you have posted), and can be interpreted as spam. Posting some photos along with some background (i.e. camera(s), location of the shot, some history) would be nice.

We look forward to your future image posts.

San Francisco from this morning. This one features some of that 400mm compression

The miniature effect is always best from a high vantage point like that. Did you tilt at a odd angle?

I think it was horizontal, but it does appear to be slanted in the photo. I think I want to try some of a recognizable scene.

Looking again I think that the lines of trees and the roads might be distorting the mind's interpretation of the plane of focus.

Nice shot of the "new kid" on the block. Nice of Walton (and the Santa Cruz community) to cough up the cash. A real improvement to the "tin can" light originally there.

Could have gone on the lighthouse thread as well...

Yeah, I get tired of searching for threads that there isn't enough activity to maintain. What was that old lighthouse called? I don't even remember it. I'd be curious to see what it looked like.
