Haha, nice work! I don't really mind the foreground. I was there Saturday morning and Sunday evening. Just missed you.

This is the kind of "interesting buildings" that I have to put up with around here...

(I actually thought it was more interesting in the spring before half the roof blew off, but I didn't stop for a picture unfortunately).

You're using the term building pretty loosely there! Is there a door?

I would guess it has more of a hatch than a door.

Honestly, I don't know how to get in, even looking at pictures of the other side. I wasn't trying too hard to find a way while I was there, either.

Here's a recent shot of a local water mill. Early morning light was not as good as I'd hoped foras the local hills kept it in the dark as the sun came up. Hence the frost stayed all around. I'll have to back in the afternoon in Spring to get some more colourful shots.

Yup, sepia's definitely the way to go -- it matches the age and style of the building perfectly. Anyone for a quick Grand Designs renovation and extension?
Nikon D7000 and a bunch of Nikon stuff oh, and some Canon p&s's too

Really loving this image Phil - both versions
For me the Sepia doesn't even need to be that strong
I also like the colour version too.
Recently been attending a Photography club and we have lots of competitions
    I mostly watch and listen!
Anyway - the thing they would most likely suggest for this is to try and straghten out the
pillar on the right. Me? I would just enjoy the photo - but I wonder if it would make enough of a difference??
